Kelly began working at Reliable Insurance as a Customer Service Representative in 2017. She works closely with Kurt Watt and Lisa Dillon to assist both commercial and personal lines clients. You can find her in the office every afternoon – ready to assist with your policy needs.

When Kelly moved to West Lafayette with her family in 2005, she quickly fell in love with the fun university town. In her free time, she enjoys making connections with local residents – both new and seasoned. She is active with Habitat for Humanity and Bible Study Fellowship. She loves Purdue Football and Basketball – Boiler UP! As their children have grown and flown, she and her husband, Tom, are looking forward to a new stage, with opportunities to travel. One of their goals is to sleep in every National Park in their Airstream.

Kurt Watt began his insurance career in 1994. Before starting Reliable Insurance Solutions in 2002, he worked exclusively in Commercial Insurance. When he’s not working, Kurt enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their three children - Brandon, Ethan, and Amanda. The family loves the outdoors, including camping and hiking. Kurt also enjoys carpentry and typically will buy and renovate one house a year.

"The most enjoyable aspect of being an insurance agent is the customer interaction - taking the time to understand a client's situation, diagnosing their exposure, and developing a customized insurance and risk management program," says Kurt.

Lisa began her career at Reliable Insurance Solutions in 2006, working as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). She became a licensed agent the same year and earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2016. Lisa is currently Reliable Insurance’s Office Manager and Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative. She holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration with specialties in Human Resource Management and Business Management.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids as well as volunteering with West Lafayette Schools and West Lafayette Athletics.

Lisa takes great care to ensure that each and every client has a smooth and enjoyable experience with the agency. It is her goal to always go above and beyond to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction.

Mary joined Reliable Insurance as a receptionist in January 2020 and became a licensed agent later that summer. She brings several years of Customer Service experience to our office and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University. Mary enjoys helping clients make payments, process policy changes, and more.

Prior to joining Reliable, she dedicated many years to the Tippecanoe School Corporation - instructing, guiding, and serving nutritious meals to fuel the minds of our future leaders. In her spare time, she appreciates spending time with her loved ones, volunteering in the community, being outdoors, and playing sports. She is always up for a challenge, and enjoys promoting "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" both in the workplace and at home.

Mary has become an integral part of our “family,” and would love the opportunity to offer guidance and support for yours, as well.

Melissa has been working with Reliable Insurance since 2005 as a licensed Customer Service Representative. She helps clients with payments, filing claims, and policy changes. You’ll find Melissa in the office every morning- ready to help with a smile! She is great at problem solving and is always willing to go "above and beyond" to help our clients.

Melissa loves to spend time with her husband and kids, to read, and to volunteer both at her church and in the community. She has also has a new found love of travel and is always ready for the next adventure!

Yan Zhuang joined Reliable Insurance in 2016. She is bilingual - speaking both English and Chinese fluently. Her primary focus is serving the international students, scholars, and residents in our community. She gets to know each of her customers and their needs so she can help them find the best solution for Auto, Home, Renters, and Business Insurance. Yan has the heart of a teacher and enjoys helping her clients understand the policies and coverage options available. She has a kind word for everyone and is always willing to lend a hand.

In her free time, Yan loves teaching Chinese classes and reading stories to her two daughters. She also enjoys playing the piano and will play for hours whenever possible. Yan enjoys learning and believes there are new things to learn every day.
